PROCESSING

All orders are processed + shipped within 2-4 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email hello@vacantwheel.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday only.

EXCHANGE + RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Vacant Wheel products, please contact us at: hello@vacantwheel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to make it right! We require proof of purchase (e.g. your Vacant Wheel order number or order confirmation email).

So that we can better assist you, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line, for example:

  • VW123456 - Exchange Request
  • VW123456 - Return Request

Our orders are all carefully packed and inspected before we send them off into the world. Should you receive a damaged item due to its shipping journey, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include product photos with a detailed description in your email so that we can determine how to best lend a helping hand.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition items, gift cards, or items not produced by Vacant Wheel are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
